Fullabrook CIC Frequently Asked Questions

Q
Are there any terms or conditions attached to the grant?
A
Every grantee is expected to confirm acceptance of our Terms and Conditions within 2 two weeks of the grant offer. Grantees that do not accept the terms and conditions may forfeit the grant offer. You can find a copy here
Q
When will I get the money?
A
Very Small Grants, Small Grants and Enriched Education Grants are often released shortly after the grant has been awarded. For larger or capital grants we expect you to make the purchase and then claim the funding by providing a copy of the invoice as evidence of expenditure. We may be able to release a proportion of the funding in advance if this helps your cash flow.  Please contact us to discuss this if required.
Q
How long have we got to complete the project?
A
Our grant offers are valid for 12 months. We expect you to complete your project and provide an impact report within that time. Your grant may be cancelled if you are not able to complete the project in 12 months, but we would urge you to contact us and discuss it if you are having problems.
Q
How do I know if my project is eligible?
A
See our Eligibility page for more information.   You can also find out more about the projects we have funded in the past by looking for the link to a recent grant list on our What we do page.     All the grants we have ever given are listed in our annual accounts, available from companies house.    If you have questions, or need advice, please contact our administrator who will be happy to guide you: admin@fullabrook-cic.org
Q
I have had a grant before, can I apply for another one?
A
To ensure our funding reaches as many people as possible, please do not re-apply until 12 months after your previous grant offer
We hope that our website and application guidelines have addressed any questions you may have had. If not, we are happy to answer
any questions by email if you would like advice or more information before submitting an application: admin@fullabrook-cic.org

Please note that as our office is not staffed fulltime we do not have a telephone number, and we do not accept applications by post.
Applications and supporting information should be submitted by email.
